3.2 Obligations: You agree to:

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Canvastique3D Limited does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or that it will function without interruption.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Canvastique3D Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Software, even if Canvastique3D Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms will automatically terminate, and you must cease all use of the Software.
